My tongue piercing

For those of you who ask questions: It didn't hurt when I got it pierced, only afterwards when it swelled up. I got my tongue pierced at Universal Tattoos in Ottawa, Canada. I wasn\'t able to eat or speak properly for around 2 days. I could only eat non-solid foods such as soup, potatoes, etc. A white ring did appear around the bottom of my piercing for the first few weeks, don\'t worry, it goes away. Weird pus/liquid did come out of my tongue at some point, it should be nothing but if it continues for more then a few days, go get checked out for infection. Make sure to brush the top and the bottom of the tongue ring EVERY DAY for at least 20 seconds. GOOD LUCK :) It\'s worth it.
